It started its activities in 1989 with the principle of being a company focused on solutions and profitability for real estate portfolios.

Over the years, Sequóia verticalized into all stages of the real estate investment cycle, operating directly in the management of funds, construction of developments, management and sale of properties. Sequóia currently has R$1.2 billion under management, three active funds and nearly 400 properties in its portfolio. In addition to having developed 20 projects with a joint PSV of over R$1.5 billion in Greater São Paulo.

For being one of the only companies in the market to operate in all stages of the real estate cycle, Sequóia has a multidisciplinary team of more than 35 people focused on finding the best return for its investors.
